Corn/Peanut Chowder (Fast)
2 cups water
1 envelope chicken noodle soup
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 16 oz. can cream corn (or 14 oz.)
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
In 3 qt. saucepan, bring water to boil. Add soup mix, onion & salt. Reduce heat. Cover & simmer 10 minutes. Stir in milk, corn, and peanut butter. Heat through.
