Cowboy Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 quart milk
10 brown potatoes unpeeled and well washed, sliced 1/8 thick
2 large brown onions, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lbs ham, diced
1/2 cup flour
3 cups grated cheddar cheese or jack cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:

In a large casserole dish layer: potatoes, onion, ham , garlic, and lightly sprinkle with flour barely covering these ingredients. Add a layer of cheese and repeat until you are out of everything and top off with layer of cheese. Cover and bake at 350 on lower rack for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes until cheese on top is browned. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
