Recipe: Cowgirl Ranch Slaw

Salads - Assorted
COWGIRL RANCH SLAW

2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup very thinly sliced red bell peppers
1/2 cup very thinly sliced yellow bell peppers
1 bottle your favorite ranch dressing (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients. Toss with one bottle of your favorite ranch dressing and serve.

Yield: 4 Servings
