Recipe(tried): Crabmeat St Pierre

Crabmeat St Pierre

I have made this recipe many times with great success and little effort, and have even substituted shrimp for the crab.

Saute 1 and 1/2 pounds of crabmeat in 2 tablespoons of butter just to cook.

Add
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1/4 cup of bell pepper
1 cup of peeled tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook all ingredients for a few minutes and place in a casserole dish.
Cover with:
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese

Broil till slightly brown. Enjoy!
