Recipe(tried): Cranberry Chutney (using apple, onion, celery and golden raisins)

CRANBERRY CHUTNEY

1 pound cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup apple juice or water
1/2 cup brown sugar, dark
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped tart apples
1 cup chopped celery

Combine first nine ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until juice released from cranberries.

Stir in remaining ingredients (onion, apple and celery). Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until thickened.
