Recipe(tried): Cranberry Punch (Wedding Punch)

Beverages
This was served at my daughter's Christmas wedding and was accidentally served cold although it's supposed to be served warm. It was still very good.

CRANBERRY PUNCH

CINNAMON WATER:
2 sticks cinnamon
1 pint water
TEA:
1/2 cup dry tea or 4 tea bags
1 pint boiling water
JUICE MIXTURE:
3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 quart water
2 quarts cranberry juice
4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
PUNCH:
2 quarts water (or enough to make two gallons of punch)

CINNAMON WATER:
Par boil the cinnamon sticks in 1 pint water the day before and let stand in refrigerator until ready to use.

TEA:
Steep tea in the 1 pint boiling water and set aside to cool.

JUICE MIXTURE:
Dissolve 3 cups sugar and salt in the 1 quart water. Add cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.

PUNCH:
Combine the cinnamon water, tea, and fruit juice mixture with the 2 quarts water (or enough to make 2 gallons of punch).
