Recipe(tried): Crazy Crust Pizza

Crazy Crust Pizza

This pizza crust is GREAT!

1 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.

In small bowl, combine 1 cup flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, milk, eggs; blend until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom.

Bake on lowest oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
