CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE
4 boneless chicken breasts, split and flattened
8 (4 inch) slices of swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with cheese.
Combine Cream of Broccoli Soup and milk and spread over cheese.
Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.
Makes 4-6 servings
