Recipe: White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (not Girard's)

White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Makes about 1 cup

2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

In a shaker jar with a lid, combine all ingredients. Shake until blended. To meld flavors, let sit at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
