Recipe(tried): Creamy Macaroni Shell Salad

Creamy Macaroni Shell Salad

1 lb. package small shell macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup light cream
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups diced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion

Cook macaroni; drain.

Mix mayo, creams, salt and pepper in large bowl until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, green pepper and onion to mixture. Toss gently to coat.

Chill 2-3 hours.

(grated carrots could also be added if desired.)
