Recipe(tried): Crock Pot Pork Roast - Another Crock Roast idea

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
I just did this crock pot dish on a whim the other night for my boys. Done by the time I walked in my door.

3-4 lb. pork roast
8 oz bottle of italian dressing
20 oz (or large) can of tomato puree
Garlic salt
3 TBS cornstarch
1/2 c cold water

Rub the entire roast with garlic salt as much as you like. Pour dressing and puree in crock pot and add roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Take meat out and either slice or shred on cutting board.

Turn crock pot on high. Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth. Add to crock pot and cover. When mixture comes to a boil it will thicken. Return meat back to crock pot. I serve this over noodles or mashed potatoes.
