CROCKPOT PORK OR BEEF ROAST W/COLA

3 to 4 lb pork or beef roast
1 12 oz can of coke
1 pkg of lipton soup

Brown roast to seal juices.
Put in crock pot and add coke and soup.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
If you like more of a gravy base, add a can of cream
of mushroom soup. This is really good. Do not use
diet pop!

Teriyaki Pork Roast

1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c packed brown sugar
2 TBSP fresh ginger, chopped finely
2 garlic cloves, whole peeled
1 12 oz. can apple juice concentrate
1 tsp ground white pepper

Mix ingredients well. Pour half into crock pot.
Put 3-4 lb. pork roast on top of liquid. Pour
rest of liquid over roast. Cook on low 6-8
hours

When it's finished, you can strain the liquid to
make a sauce/gravy for the roast. I serve the
roast and sauce/gravy with rice.

Pork Roast by Crock Pot

4-6 pound pork roast wrapped with netting
rosemary, dried crumbled, about 2 tablespoons
granulated garlic, about 2 teaspoons

Put pork roast in crock pot. Do not remove netting.
Sprinkle with rosemary and garlic. Turn on low and
cook for at least 12 hours. Do not add any liquid. At
the end of 12 hours you will have a tender delicous
roast with lots of juice that you can make into
incredible gravy

I ran across this recipe last year at a women's group.

Put Pork Roast in the Crock Pot
Add 1 large bottle of Salsa and 1 can of beer

Cook all day on medium.

Those are all the instructions I was given, yet it works
great.

One of the easiest recipes I have and the most loved
is Pork Chops done in the Crockpot....and you can
easily use a Roast or Chicken instead.

1 package of Pork Chops (2-3 pounds)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Place the pork chops (or roast or chicken) in the
crockpot, pour on the soup, and then cook on low for
8 hours. You can add some peeled potatoes if you
want.

It's really good and really easy...I can start it before I leave for work in the morning and off I go...when I get home, it's ready.

Have a great day :)

Jill
