Recipe: Curry Chicken Sandwiches

Curry Chicken Sandwiches
Yield: 4 Sandwiches
Source: Pillsbury Burgers, Wraps & Sandwiches

1 (10 oz.) can chunk chicken in water,; drained
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c plain yogurt
1/4 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp curry powder
2 green onions, sliced
1 small apple, shredded
8 slices raisin bread

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well. Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread slices.
Yield: 4 sandwiches
