Recipe: Shrimp Sandwiches

Shrimp Sandwiches
Yield: 4 Servings
Source: the Desoto School Mothers' Association, Helena West

1 can (6.5-oz) shrimp (fresh is better)
1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese
1 tb mayonnaise
1 tsp onion juice
1/4 c catsup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dose hot sauce
1 dose Worcestershire sauce
white bread

Chop or mash shrimp & mix with all other ingredients. Spread on open-faced white bread rounds.
