Recipe(tried): deep fried turkey: min/lb.

Some say 4 minutes per lb....I find it to be a tad bit overdone on the outside...I usually cook 3.5 min/lb. at a temp (maintained) of not less than 325F and no higher than 350F. Happy Thanksgiving!
