re: Deep frying brined turkey, Callie

I don't see why not, I never have, but by the time I inject a pint of seasoning in mine, the moisture content can't be any less. The only problem I would see is, if your brine was high in sugar, but if you dry the turkey well, all on the outside should be wiped off. I would give it a try.
