Recipe(tried): Delicious Rhubarb Bread - Variation

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
This year I had a good crop of rhubarb, and was looking for something different to try. This recipe was easy to follow and produced delicious results. The only change I made was to use 1/2 whole wheat flour in this recipe, and it tasted great.
