Recipe: Dilled Potato Salad (a different one)

Salads - Potato, Pasta

Hello kt,

Hopefully someone will have the exact recipe you're looking for. If not, here's a version for you to try that looks very good - changes I think I would make are to add a little less sour cream and a little more mayo, fresh dill instead of dried and maybe red onion chopped fine instead of the grated onion.

Betsy

Dilled Potato Salad

8 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled & cubed
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup sour cream
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 medium onion, grated
1 tbsp. dried dill weed
Salt & pepper to taste

Put potatoes in bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients. Gently coat potatoes with dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
