Recipe: Drunken Weiners (2 recipes, using catsup, bourbon and brown sugar)

DRUNKEN WEINERS

1 cup catsup
3/4 cup Bourbon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 lbs. hot dogs, cut into bite-size pieces (or use little cocktail hot dogs or sausages)

Mix together catsup, bourbon and brown sugar; bring to boil.

Add hot dogs or sausages to sauce; simmer 1 hour.

DRUNKEN WEINERS

1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup bourbon
4 or 5 packages of Lil Smokies

Heat ketchup, brown sugar, and bourbon.

Add Lil Smokies; simmer.

Put into chafing dish to serve. (I use a crockpot to serve them in.)
