Dutch Kitchen Restaurant Meatloaf
Source: The Dutch Kitchen Restaurant, Frackville, Pennsylvania
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Pat the mix into a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours or until browned and firm to the touch. Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with gravy and mashed or scalloped potatoes.
