Easy Block of Cream Cheese Appetizers

Here are two easy things to do with cream cheese:

Put a block of cream cheese on a nice plate. Spoon a jar of hot pepper jelly over it. Serve with crackers.

Put a block of cream cheese on a nice plate. Score the block decoratively. Drip over it several Tbsp. of soy sauce and top with finely sliced scallions. This sound weird, but tastes good. Crackers again.
