Easy Chocolate Fudge

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (4-ounce) pkg. regular chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 or 3 1/4 ounce) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup milk

1 (1 pound pkg.) sifted confectioner's sugar(about 4 3/4 cups)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

in saucepan,melt butter; stir in dry pudding mixes. bring to boiling;boil i min., stirring constantly.remove from heat;beat in sugar. stir in vanilla and nuts. pour into buttered 10x6x1/1/2-inchbaking dish.garnish with walnuys halves,if desired. chill before cutting makes 24 pieces.
