PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
1 cup sifted powered sugar
8 ounces chocolate flavored confectioners' coating (almond bark, summer coating)
Stir together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually add sugar, stirring till all combined.
Shape into 1 inch balls; place on waxed paper. Let stand till dry about 20 minutes.
Melt confectioners coating. Cool slightly.
Dip balls into melted coating; let excess drip off. Place on waxed paper, lit stand till coating is dry.
Makes about 30 pieces
I use this recipe every year the girls like to roll the balls. Hope you can use it.
