Recipe: Coconut Philly Fudge Balls (using cream cheese)

COCONUT PHILLY FUDGE BALLS
Makes approximately 3 dozen

5 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add 1 cup coconut, vanilla and salt; mix well. Chill. Shape into balls; roll in remaining coconut. Chill several hours or overnight.
