Recipe(tried): easy meat marinades

Misc.

I also have a family of plain eaters so I marinade my pork in pineapple juice and serve the pineapple as a side. Poultry I marinade in the following recipe.

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soysauce
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 to 2 T. garlic (to taste)
2 T. lemon juice
Put all ingredients and meat in zipper bag gently shake.
refridgerate till ready to use.

Marinade from 4 to 24 hours. My family likes less soysauce and we add Lowry's season salt. We also use the salad dressing as talked about in the other reply and find them to be quick and easy when company is comming so I don't miss out on the fun. My favorite is italian dressing. I keep the least expensive kind on hand for meats. It made no defferance in the taste only my budget.
