Recipe(tried): Janet, I have found that

Misc.

Caesar salad dressing, Italian salad dressing, raspberry vinaigrette salad
dressing, and Russian salad dressing make excellent marinades. I usually buy
the fat-free kinds and add chopped onion, chopped garlic, thyme, rosemary, or
basil to the dressings. Caesar and Russian salad dressings work well with
boneless chicken breasts. I use the raspberry vinaigrette for pork chops.
Italian is excellent for steaks. I've found that this type of marinade is more
flavorful and cheaper than the bottled kinds found in the stores.

I hope that this helps!
