Recipe(tried): Easy No Crust Pizza Piena

Easy No Crust Pizza Piena

1 stick pepperoni, cubed
6 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
6 oz provolone cheese, cubed
6 oz prossitini, cubed
10 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk

In a large bowl, beat together the flour, eggs, baking powder, and milk until smooth. Add the meat and cheese. Pour into a greased or nonstick 9x12 inch pan.

Bake at 350 approximately 45 minutes. Cool on a rack. Cut into bite sized pieces. Serve hot or cold.
