Soup can't get any easier than this.

Buy a bag of mixed vegetables. This tastes best with the mix of broccoli, cauliflower, and red pepper. It's much better than any other frozen bags of mixes. Anyway, boil the veggies in some water. Add two cans of the healthy version of tomato soup. Stir and simmer. Add two heaping tsp. of sugar. Add more water if necessary. This is really good and couldn't be easier.
