Recipe(tried): Eggs for Group of College Students

Larry: Scrambled is easiest. What I would suggest, however, is breakfast burritos. I'm assuming that this is a one time thing for you to do. I used to do fundraisers at work cooking breakfast burritos. You can partially cook the mixture ahead of time, then just do the rest of the cooking the next morning. If you search for breakfast burrito you should find a post that I did a couple weeks ago on things you can put in them. I would plan on 1 egg per burrito and 2 burritos per student. Hope this helps!
