Recipe: Peach Parfait Pie (freeze ahead, Keebler Ready-crust recipe)

PEACH PARFAIT PIE

1 Keebler Ready-Crust Butter Flavored Pie Crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches

In medium bowl, pour boiling water over peach gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add ice cream; stir until smooth. Fold in peaches. Pour into crust.

Freeze until set, about 3 hours before serving.

Makes 1 pie
