EGGS, POTATOES, AND HOT DOGS
This recipe is so quick and easy. The kids love it. Use for any meal.
1/4 cup of canola oil
4 large baking potatoes, peeled, cut in chunks or slices
1/2 large vidalia onion, sliced
1 (1 lb) pkg of meat or beef hot dogs, sliced into small rounds
1 dozen large eggs, beaten
onion powder
Heat oil in pan and add potatoes. Cook potatoes until they are slightly brown.
Add onion and brown as well. Add hot dogs and do the same.
When hot dogs are slightly brown pour eggs over potatoe mixture into pan. Cook until done stirring as needed.
Stir together until well mixed and serve.
