Recipe(tried): Everything But The Kitchen Sink Soup

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted for a long time because I just haven't been trying any new recipes lately. I've been enjoying everyone's great recipes that are posted here. I've been in the mood for soup & tonight I went crazy with the vegetables & made a version of Everything But the Kitchen Sink Soup. I just threw in whatever sounded appealing to me, but it ended up being fun to make & a very healthy soup for this time of year when the cold & flu bugs are going around.

Here's what I added:
broccoli
tomatoes
potatoes
brussel sprouts
garlic
carrots
onions
mushrooms
green beans
sweet green soybeans
peas
corn
red bell pepper

I chopped it all up, simmered it in a mixture of water & vegetable broth & seasoned it with a no-salt added seasoning that I recently found at the store. It made a very good flavor.

I served the soup with some fresh Italian bread & it made a great supper.
