Recipe: Fast Corn Chowder

FAST CORN CHOWDER

1 (17 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, undrained
1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tablespoon margarine

In a medium saucepan, combine both cans of corn, evaporated milk, onion, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add margarine. Serve.

Makes 4 servings (1 cup each)
