Recipe(tried): FIGADOS DE GALINHA(chicken livers)

Chicken livers peri- peri

Marinade
200ml dry white wine
4-6 cloves garlic crushed
pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
ground peri peri(use chilli powder if not available)to taste

500g livers
25 ml olive oil
75 ml butter
12.5 ml white vinegar

Combine marinade in bowl(glass)add livers,coat well.Leave for a few hours.Drainkeep marinade.Heat oil + butter add livers for about 10 mins.Set aside.In the pan add the reserved marinade+ vinegar,bring to boil,add livers and simmer for a few mins.Serve in a bowl with lots of bread to soak up the juices.Enjoy
