Here we go I thought I,de start with an appetizer.We love this on toast but it,s great on baked potatoes or pasta.
Chicken Livers in brandy and cream sauce

12.5 ml oil
1 onion sliced
500g chicken livers
5ml dried tarragon
Salt+ground pepper to taste
25mls brandy
150mls cream
fresh chopped parsley to garnish

Saute onions in oil till soft,add livers and brown.Season to taste with herbs,salt + pepper.add brandy and gently heat for 5 mins.Add cream and heat till sauce thickens.Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.Enjoy!

I have another rec.for c. livers peri peri(portuguese hot spice)if any one wants it Very Yummy Ideal for cold nights.
