Re peri peri sauce I forgot to add!!!!!!!!!!

I don,t know if you can get peri peri in america.It,s also known as piri piri and is a mixture of some hot varieties of hot chilli peppers.Sometimes origano is added.Available here as a sauce or powder(our most popular local brand is NANDOS).I do have a rec.for a home made sauce I,m willing to post it if anyone would like.Portuguese food is very popular here in S.africa as we have a large comunity here.It,s robust hearty fare using lots of garlic,olive oil,veggies,lemons and seafood.Peri peri grilled prawns are heavenly.
