Finger food ideas for 200+

How many persons are envolved on food committee or is the whole congregation involved? Congregation covered dish or special request from members or
a budget to purchase ingredients with committiee doing labor? Theme color or idea already set?

Use small containers and replace frequently to keep fresh full appearance. Keep food safe to eat. Keep well refrigerated until served.

Ideas! Well here goes:
Vegetable trays with assorted dips.
Fruit trays with assorted dips.
Small party sandwiches: chicken salad, ham salad, egg salad
Assorted Cream cheese fillings for assorted sandwiches.
Tiny biscuits and or cookies and crackers
Assorted pickles
Assorted nuts
Assorted cakes and or fruit breads, preferably cake squares or solid pound cake types. Display variety on medium size tray and replace trays frequently. If going route with cut layer cakes--slice and place on paper saucers and place variety on tray.
Chips, dips, etc
Variety of drinks, don't forget diabetic and non-caffinated members

A variety of flavors, textures and a variety in appearance will make your reception bloom as well as making it easier to assemble unless you have access to a commercial kitchen. Don't be afraid to use unusually shaped dishes for containers.
