ISO: Looking for Tex Mex dish

I have lost this recipe. All I remember is Tex Mex Bake. It was made with kidney beans, lima beans and pinto from the can. It also had brown sugar, mince meat, tomatoes or tomatoe paste, chilli and I'm not really sure but think it also had vinegar in it. You cooked it ontop of the stove and then into the oven.
This was such an easy and delisious recipe! Help!
