Recipe: Top O' The Morning Apple Honey Biscuits (using refrigerated biscuit dough)

2 cups peeled and chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 pkgs Grand Biscuits (refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 per pkg)
Cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick vegetable coating.
Combine apples, nuts, honey, margarine and the 1 Tbsp cinnamon.
Roll each biscuit out to form a circle twice it's original size. Put 1 Tbsp of mixture in center of rolled out biscuit. Gather edges of biscuit together over the mixture and tip top in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place edges down in muffin tin.
Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over top of cinnamon sugar coating. Proceed with remaining biscuits filling in the same way.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are browned and center is cooked.
