Recipe(tried): Freezing Apples
PreservingYES!! Just peel and slice, bag and freeze. Take them out and stew for sauce or fry or microwave just like they were fresh. If you are game make a pie like you were going to cook it, wrap it up and freeze take it out and cook in a low oven til done. They are wonderful!
