CJ, I have been freezing guacamole for years since I always seem to have more than I can use. Since I don't like my guacamole to be terribly lemony, I use some Fruit Fresh to keep it from turning dark. I guess it isn't quite as good as when it is freshly made. I never thought about whether or not it could be frozen since there is or was at least one brand that used to be sold frozen. Your own is definitely better than that product since it had too much sugar in it. Good luck with all of those avacados:-)
