SMOOTH AND CREAMY FROSTING
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding (any flavor)
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup cold milk
1 (8 oz) container (3 1/2 cups) Cool Whip, thawed
Combine dry pudding mix, sugar, and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake at once. Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 4 cups (enough for two 9 inch layers)
