Recipe: Fruit Salad Smoothies (blender)

watermelon, cubed
cantaloupe, cubed
honeydew melon, cubed
strawberries, sliced
pears or other seasonal fruit, diced
2 containers (6 oz each) coconut fruit yogurt
Cut up fruit to total 3-4 cups (or more). Freeze fruit in 3-4 cup portions in ziploc bags.
TO MAKE THE SMOOTHIE:
Place frozen fruit in a bowl. Cover and microwave on high 1 minute. Break fruit apart, cover and microwave 1 minute more. (Less time may be needed depending on microwave.)
Combine fruit and yogurt in blender. Mix until well combined and smooth.
