Recipe(tried): GF Grill--What's the best?

I just bought the Extra Extra Large George Foreman grill at Sam's last week, and I love it. So far we have had Cajun Chicken breasts and hamburgers on it and I am really impressed with the way it cooks. I was wondering what some of you consider to be the BEST thing you cook on your GF Grill, and exactly how you fix it (what spices you use, marinated or not, etc.) Anyway, here's something quick I fixed last week that my husband loved. I sliced a baking potato into about 1/3" slices. Then I sprayed them with Garlic Flavored Pam and sprinkled them with Cajun Seasoning, then put them on the grill for 5-6 minutes. They were tender, spicy, and VERY good. Thanks in advance for any responses!
