Recipe(tried): Gina Pumpkin Pecan Bread

Hi There Gina,
Here is the rec.for the bread.hope you,ll like it.By the way I loved your dinner party for your mom it sounded wonderful she must have been delighted.PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD

2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin
4 eggs beaten til frothy
1 cup sunflower oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tspcloves
1 tsp salt

preheat oven to 180c(350f).
Mix together pumpkin and eggs.add oil and water and mix well.
sift flour,b.powder,salt and spices together.add to pumpkin mixture with the nuts and combine well.
Place mixture into 2 greased and base lined loaf tins.
this loaf freezes really well.

Bake for 50-60 mins til cake skewer comes out clean.
