Recipe(tried): gnat help

I had the SAME problem over the summer!
Someone has already mentioned filling a glass w/ vinegar, which is similar to what I did.
Fill a shallow cup w/ vinegar + 1 T sugar (or sweet, cheap wine) cover the top w/ plastic wrap, then cut some tiny slits into the top so they can get in.
They enter the "trap" because they're attracted to the sweet liquid, then drown in it. Put the "traps" in whatever room you're having the trouble in.
We also had to buy a garbage can w/ a tight fitting lid for the kitchen, since I noticed that they attracted to it as well. It all worked.
