Recipe: Golden Glow Salad (using Jello, pineapple, bananas, and cooked topping)

GOLDEN GLOW SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
4 bananas
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 cup reserved pineapple juice (add water to make 1 cup if necessary)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water and 3 ice cubes, 1/4 cup orange juice. Stir in drained pineapple and pour into glass baking dish. Slice banana and place in a layer on top of mixture. Cover with marshmallows. Refrigerate while preparing the topping:

TO MAKE THE TOPPING:
Mix juice, eggs, sugar, and flour together in a saucepan; cook until thickened. Cool.

Combine cooled topping mixture with Cool Whip. Spread over top of the fruit salad. Chill until serving time. Refrigerate leftovers.

I don't know if this is the recipe you're looking for because the eggs are cooked. I hope someone will have the exact recipe to share.
