Recipe: Oregano Pita Crisps

OREGANO PITA CRISPS

2 (six-inch) pitas
Cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut each pita into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly coat pita wedges with cooking spray.

Combine oregano, salt, garlic powder and pepper; sprinkle evenly over pita wedges. Lightly coat pita wedges again with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until golden.

Makes 4 servings
