My family loves this one:
8 par boiled las. noodles
9x12 baking dish
start with homemade or cheat and use veggie spagetti sauce, put a little on the bottom of your pan.
noddles next
Forgot to mention in a food processor mix together 1 package frozen or fresh spinach with 1 egg + 2 lbs. ricotta cheese, put part of this mixture on top of noddles
sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese on top
next layer is thin slices of mozzarella cheese to cover the top
fresh sliced mushrooms next.
repeat all layers until you reach the top of your pan(the more layers the better)
on the top put some sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese
bake at 375 for 40 min.
Enjoy!
