Recipe: Grapefruit pie

Misc.

Peel the grapefruit. Cut up coarsely the segments, taking out the seeds. Save the juice. Mix up with sugar and cornstarch, enough to thicken on baking. This could be done as a one crust or a two crust. If two crust pie, put filling in unbacked crust and put top crust on and bake the whole thing. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees. Start the oven at 400 degrees for the first 10 minutes. Then turn down to 350 degrees. Good luck!
